Booking Confirmation and Support

If your voucher displays the status as 'confirmed,' your booking is indeed confirmed, and the process went smoothly. You're all set to enjoy your stay without any worries.

Error / Pending Status:

In case your status is 'error / pending,' don't worry. We'll reach out to you via email within 24 to 48 hours at most. We'll inform you whether your booking could be confirmed. If successful, you'll receive your voucher via email. If not, we'll guide you through the refund process.

Cancelled Booking:

If your booking status reads 'cancelled,' the reservation is no longer confirmed. If you wish to proceed with your stay, you'll need to create a new booking.

Hotel Closure Information:

In the event that you arrive at your accommodation and find it closed, please connect with our Customer Service team. You can find our contact details in the header of our website, or feel free to send us a message on Facebook.

It's important to note that hotels are responsible for notifying us about closures or policy changes. If your confirmed booking encounters this issue, it might be due to a lack of proper communication from the hotel's end. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
