We're excited to share that we've established a partnership with GetYourGuide (GYG), a renowned platform for booking remarkable global experiences. Through this collaboration, we've set up a web page powered by GetYourGuide where you can effortlessly explore and reserve tours and excursions.

Here's a clearer breakdown:

  1. Booking Confirmation: If your Stayforlong and GetYourGuide voucher indicates 'confirmed,' you're all set for your chosen experience.
  2. Email Communications: Following booking confirmation, both the subsequent emails and the handling of customer service are managed by GetYourGuide and/or the Supplier. For your convenience, you can refer to GetYourGuide's help center.
  3. Stayforlong Role: Stayforlong exclusively communicates with you regarding your hotel reservation, ensuring seamless coordination.

Please be aware that Stayforlong maintains no direct communication with GetYourGuide Suppliers. All correspondence takes place exclusively between GetYourGuide and the Suppliers.
