Refunds with Stayforlong


If you had to cancel your booking or encountered an issue with it, here's how our refund system works:

  • Customer Service Refunds:

If you've already contacted our Customer Service Team, and your refund has been confirmed/approved, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

  • Staywallet Refunds:

Alternatively, you have the option to receive a refund through our Staywallet. This means the refunded amount will be credited to your Staywallet, and you can use it for future reservations with us.

Please be aware that certain fares may have a non-refundable deposit. To check whether your booking falls under this category, review your booking details for more information.
