Do you offer flights or Transfers?


Stayforlong is a hotel reservation website, specializing in a long stay accommodation only, we do not offer flights or transfers.


What is the difference between Free cancellation(NOR) and Non-refundable (NRF) bookings?

Non-refundable bookings (NRF) are our cheapest options. NRF means the reservation cannot be modified or cancelled after the payment is completed. A free cancellation booking is the more expensive option which gives you the flexibility to cancel before the payment date with no fees.


How can I pay?

We accept payments through MasterCard, Visa and American express. Payments can be made through your voucher or accessing your Stayforlong account.



What is the difference between the boards?

Room only = A room without any meals.
Bed and Breakfast = A room with breakfast included.
Half board = A room with breakfast and lunch or dinner (dependent on the Hotel).
Full Board = A room with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. (Drinks are not always included)
All Inclusive = A room with breakfast, lunch, dinner and some drinks included (Alcoholic drinks depend on the destination).



What is the cancellation policy of Stayforlong?

A non -refundable booking (NRF) cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. A free cancellation booking must be cancelled before the payment date otherwise it will become an NRF. A booking where a deposit has been paid, the deposit will always remain non-refundable.


Does Stayforlong provide safety certificates?

Stayforlong does not provide safety certificates. However, after paying your booking, you will receive a confirmation confirmation.



Are you ATOL or ABTA protected?

Stayforlong is neither ATOL or ABTA protected. This type of cover is only reserved for travel agencies within the UK.


As we are based in Spain, we are governed under Spanish law and covered through the insurance we have with our providers. In the case there is a force majeure (hotel closures, Terrorism, Acts of god, bankruptcy etc) and our customer cannot use their booking they will be refunded the full amount of their reservation. 


Do I have to pay any taxes and/or resort fees on spot?

City taxes and resort fees are not included in the final price. These will have to be paid to the establishment upon arrival /check -in. In many cases the fees to be paid will be shown on your voucher.

What is the Refund Protect and how do I use it?

The Refund Protect cover allows you to get a refund for a non-refundable booking should you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. This is cover if offered by a third party who you will need to contact to process your claim. A refund is subject to the terms and conditions of the company. Can I add children to the booking without extra costs?

Some Hotels will allow the addition of children under the age of 5 years old free of charge. Our team can check the possibility of adding a child on to the booking but we cannot guarantee this will be free of charges.


How can I make a booking for someone else?

You are able to process a booking for someone else through our website, however, you will need to enter the lead guests name as this will be the name shown on the voucher and shared with the hotel.



Where do I find the contact details of the hotel?

The contact details of the Hotel will always be listed on your confirmation voucher.


Can I pay over the phone?

At this time it is not possible to pay over the phone. You can pay securely through your voucher or by accessing your personal account.
