To initiate the cancellation process, kindly follow these steps:

Access Your Voucher or Reservation:
Log in to your Stayforlong account and locate your voucher or reservation.

Click on the Cancellation Button:
Within your reservation details, you'll find the cancellation button labeled as "Cancel your booking" Click on this button to proceed.

Share Your Insights:
As part of the cancellation process, you'll encounter a brief survey. Your input here is invaluable to us. It helps us understand your reasons and make the necessary improvements that our customers appreciate. Your feedback matters!

Just a reminder of our cancellation policies depending on our rates:

1. Non-Refundable (NRF): This is our cheapest rate and, therefore, doesn’t have a free cancellation policy. If you picked this rate, your booking will be non-refundable.

2. Free Cancellation (NOR): This is the most flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel for free before the payment day. You can check on your voucher the exact date.

3. Stayforlong Rate (SFL): This is our special rate. You can get a lower price by paying a small non-refundable deposit. The rest can be cancelled free of charge before the payment date.
