How to pay?


We offer a variety of payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, to ensure a convenient and secure booking experience. Here's an overview of our three different rate types, each with its specific payment approach:

1. Non-Refundable (NRF):

With the Non-refundable rate, the payment will be deducted from your account right after confirming your reservation. It's important to note that this rate is non-refundable, as it guarantees the booking under the best terms.

2. Free Cancellation (NOR):

For the Free Cancellation rate, the payment will be deducted on the date specified in your voucher, which typically occurs a few days before your check-in. This option provides you the flexibility to cancel free of charge up to the day the payment is scheduled to be deducted.

3. Stayforlong Rate (SFL):

Opting for the Stayforlong rate involves an initial small payment at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance will then be deducted on the date indicated in your voucher, again a few days before your check-in. Please note that the small initial payment serves as a non-refundable deposit to secure the exceptional price offered.

When the payment is processed for your booking, your bank will charge you with the booking amount under the name of Stayforlong.com.

Can I pay by phone?
For security reasons, Stayforlong does not offer the option of making payments over the phone. Our online platform ensures a safe and efficient payment process, protecting your financial information.

Can I do a bank transfer?
In certain cases, we also accept alternative payment methods such as bank transfers. If you prefer this method, please send us a request for our bank details via email before your booking's payment date. Once you've completed the bank transfer, remember to share the proof of transfer with us to finalize the payment. It's important to note that bank transfers cannot be processed after your payment date has passed.


How can I change my card details?
To make changes to your card details, access your personal account by clicking on "My Reservations." It's a simple and secure process that allows you to modify your payment information swiftly. By keeping your card details current, you can confidently make reservations without any payment-related concerns.
